In the case if transponder dont work:
- Make sure that the account balance is sufficient to pay the fare (the balance can be checked at the point of sale or by logging in your account);
- Ensure that the transponder is mounted on the windshield in accordance with the instruction manual;
- Make sure that the car is not used athermal windscreen (does not pass signals). To do this, you must consult at the point of sale;
- In other cases, talk to any sales employee for advice.
